Untitled Document Donald Gordon Love, MD attended the University of Massachusetts for his undergraduate degree and University of Massachusetts medical school. He completed his internship and residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 1988. He received his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Massachusetts in 1993. In addition to his practice of clinical cardiology, Dr. Love performs transesophageal echocardiography, cardiac catheterization, pacemaker implantation and follow up, and is involved with electrophysiology procedures such as defibrillator implantation and ablations at MetroWest Medical Center. Additionally, he holds an appointments as Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Love is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, and is certified for competency in electrophysiology, cardiac pacing, cardioversion, and defibrillation.
