Take Route 495 to Exit 11 for Route 109/Medway. Follow Route 109 East for 4.0 miles towards Medway. Route 109 will become Main Street in Medway. The
office is located at 74 Main Street.

Exit Route 95/128 onto Route 135 West. Proceed west through Needham and Wellesley. After entering Natick, turn left at the first set of lights onto Union Street. Turn right into the entrance for Leonard Morse Hospital. Our office is in the Physician’s Office Building which is adjacent to Leonard Morse Hospital. Free Parking is available in the Visitor Parking lot.
From Mass Pike
Take Exit 13 (Route 30 Natick). Bear left onto Route 30 East. Take a right to Route 27 South to Downtown Natick. Take left onto Route 135 East. At next set off lights, turn right onto Union Street.
